I created this a few months ago on Vue5I.
I'm considering re-rendering it in Vue6I.
Trefoil created in KnotPlot. Smoothed in Hexagon 2.
2 mixed materials. 2 types of glass.
Altitude dependency is set at 60%.
Very simple, basic lighting. :D
My first experiment at creating mixed materials and applying dependency based on local slope, altitude and orientation.
I even ventured into the function editor. It's really not too hard to understand after all.
Lots o' fun. :)
I love to experiment! :D
So what do you think? Any ideas for version two?
Hope you enjoyed viewing this as much as I enjoyed creating and sharing it with you.

Looks great, I think you should have used blurry reflections on the ground though (I find that sometimes it looks really good with things like this). :D
